Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed within 48 hours to expedite delivery to you. Therefore cancellation of online orders will only be made if such product has not already been shipped.  In this case you will need wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.  To request a cancellation of an order, email us with the subject line being "Cancellation  [order number]".  If the order is able to be cancelled you you receive a Cancellation confirmation email.  If the product as been shipped, you will receive return directions.


Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized or customized items, perishable goods such as food,  or intimate apparel.  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Because much the clothing sold are designed and created by Peeks, if you are returning something, we want your input on why you are returning, we want specifics, so that we can make changes in our products that better meet your needs and expectations.  Therefore, we will be requesting that you send an communication to us about how we are doing, and what about the product needs to change.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.  You will be refunded total price of item minus shipping expense.
